We will be replacing (2) windows in a like for like sizing manner, no structural modifications to be made. Windows will be installed as a nail flange application and to be plumb, level and square. Flanges to be covered with roll tape flashing and head flashing as required. All exterior trim to be caulked to siding and windows using exterior grade caulking. Sealed to exterior.
