PLEASE UPLOAD DOCUMENTS INTO PROJECT DOX FOR REVIEW//The property has 5 units, but the zoning certificate only shows 4. I talked to the Zoning Department, and they told me 5 units may be allowed. I bought the property with 5 units and have not made any changes. I am requesting approval to make sure Unit 5 is legal.
