All of the existing wood paneling will be removed and replaced with 5/8 thick gypsum board. The room measures 35'x22' and only three of the walls need to be replaced. After mudding and sanding the gypsum board there will be Sisal and trim installed and the walls will be painted. 2 new doors will be installed as well. No other work will be performed
