We are doing a small remodel in the Burnstien's basement. We are effectively swapping a bathroom and a laundry room in their respective locations. We will be moving a shower, toilet, vanity, drains and supplies. We will also be moving the washer stack and dryer vent. There will be basic electrical to relocate light fixtures, outlets, GFCIs, and switches to accommodate the new layout. And basic drywall, paint, carpentry, and tile installation.
