That measurment is from the outside of the unit and is not the correct square footage for workabke area. The unit we call Building B has already been built without the proper permits. The structure of Building B began in early 2011 and construction has been completed for atleast 10 years, approximately building and construction lasted about 6 years and was gradually done over a 6 year span when materials and money were available. We are now going through the proper channels to get it legalized and properly zoned and permitted. However, the construction part has already been done unless we need to change or update things to be applicable with laws.
