Official description: Fund Salt Lake City’s contractual obligation to match 50% of the capital costs with the County for urgent improvements at Sugar House Park. This includes replacing Sugar Beet Pavilion, replacing the Hidden Grove Pedestrian bridge railing and sidewalk upgrades, road and parking lot resurfacing, and more.
