Install two (2) Pamo Design KIM III Gold Clothes Rail Systems within the retail sales area. One (1) system will be installed along each side of the designated 10-foot × 10-foot wall area, creating two wall-mounted clothing display installations.Each KIM III system is approximately 116.5 inches wide, 87.4 inches high, and 12.6 inches deep. The systems will be securely anchored to the existing wall structure using appropriate mounting hardware and fasteners suitable for the existing wall construction and manufacturer installation requirements.The racks will be used exclusively for retail clothing display. Installation will not modify or remove structural walls and will not alter existing electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or fire protection systems.The installation will maintain required means of egress, accessibility, and applicable clearances. All anchorage and installation will comply with the manufacturer’s installation requirements and applicable building, fire, and life-safety codes.
