Proposed ADU is an all new structure on the north part of the lot. I am the new owner and this is my personal and permanent residence.The site plan currently depicts other conceptual improvements (addition to the existing house and remodeling the non-structural interior of the existing house) that I may pursue based on the feasibility of proceeding with these. I am working with a geotechnical firm and a structural engineer who I feel is giving us good guidance so far.Prior to proceeding I also intend to have the plumber, mechanical and electrical contractors obtain their own permits for their phase(s) of the project.
