The building is currently unoccupied and is not usable for habitation or other use. It is Boarded under city civil enforcement. There are consistent issues with trespassing, illegal entry and camping. I am in the process of redeveloping the property and would like to demolish the building in preparation of this. I do not have an exact time line for when new construction will begin so would like a permit for demolition only at this time.
