Requesting to replace exterior wooden stairs on home. Remove and haul away the old existing stairs and supports for the upper and lower stairs and deck landings, and broken vinyl railings. Then rebuild and replace new stair and deck framing using new pressure treated lumber to replace joists, posts, and stairs. Including, new secure hangers and brackets, wrap top of joist with waterproofing membrane tape. And then install new Trex Enhanced deck boards along with new railings.
