Finish permit for electrical and plumbing work for upstairs apartment (residential). Rough electrical and plumbing was done by prior building owners. We discussed the work and building with Shane Madrigal who indicated we should pull the permit and then he will come and do a pre-inspection before we proceed with the finish work.
