To Whom it May Concern,Here is a list of repairs that our window restorer will be performing on our windows for1355 Laird Ave.Strip paint from inside and outside sashes, removing old glazing putty and glass.Fix any loose joints or damaged sashes as needed.Prep original sash wood with tung oil, prime sashes and install original glass and apply newglazing putty. Paint 2 coats with an oil based paint.Add weather stripping to window jams that don’t have functional weather stripping.Remove paint from all sash locks and pulls and hinges, reinstallRehang sashes with new ropes.Remove casement windows and hinges. Strip paint inside and out.Prep with tung oil and prime. Install glass and new glazing putty.Paint inside and out with 2 coats of oil based paint
