Official description: Fund construction document design for the heart of Library Square, west of the Library's crescent wall and contiguous with 200 East, creating a cohesive public space serving as Salt Lake City's "living room". The proposed design will replace or eliminate existing failed assets, address deferred maintenance needs for the square waterproofing and Old Library parking structure, and add trees for shade along with level or gently sloped green spaces
