Official description: Daniel Nackerman, on behalf of the Housing Authority of Salt Lake City, has submitted a petition to rezone the following properties: 1726 Jefferson Street, a portion of 1750 Jefferson Cir, and a portion of 1790 S West Temple Street. The properties are currently zoned RMF-35 (Moderate Density Multi Family Residential), CG (General Commercial) and RO (Residential Office) and proposed to be changed to MU-5 (Mixed Use- 5 stories). The applicant is proposing to build affordable housing on the site.
