Smith Entertainment Group Development Agreement
Includes the property where the Delta Center is located and a portion of the block to the east where portions of the Salt Palace are located. This portion of the Salt Palace will be demolished and redeveloped following the proposed Development Agreement.

Smith Entertainment Group has petitioned for a development agreement covering the Delta Center property and most of the block to the east, bounded by 300 West, 200 West, South Temple, and 100 South, which would involve demolishing and redeveloping a portion of the Salt Palace. The proposal is a zoning amendment under review and does not apply to privately owned land on the block.
Official description: Smith Entertainment Group has submitted a zoning amendment to establish a development agreement that would apply to the Delta Center property and the majority of the block east of the Delta Center, bounded by 300 West, 200 West, South Temple, and 100 South. The development agreement does not apply to any privately owned land on the block. The subject properties are in the D-4 (Secondary Central Business) zoning district.
