A request to rezone about 80 acres of vacant land at 2669 W. 3300 North from Agricultural (AG-2) to Northpoint Light-Industrial (M-1A), which also requires updating the Northpoint Small Area Plan. Specific future uses have not been determined beyond those allowed under light-industrial zoning.
Official description: Representatives of the Clark & Christine Ivory Foundation are requesting the property at 2669 W. 3300 North be rezoned from Agricultural (AG-2) to Northpoint Light-Industrial (M-1A). In connection with the rezone, the Northpoint Small Area Plan is required to be updated. The property was recently (June 2025) annexed into Salt Lake City. During their motion to approve the rezone, the Salt Lake City Council indicated support for the property to be rezoned M-1A. The property is approximately 80 acres and is currently vacant. Specific future land uses have not determined other than to indicate they would be allowed under the light-industrial zoning and consistent is scale and design of nearby development.
