Partition opening will be expanded to provide more light and view into dining area. Existing kitchen cabinets will be replace maintaining ex. layout. Ex. flooring will be replaced, es. countertops will be replaced, Ex. appliances will be replaced maintaining ex. layout. No other areas of the home are affected, all utilities to the kitchen maintain ex. layout. Essentially because the ex. partition opening will be expanded I have obtained a stamped letter from my structural engineer to confirm the partition has no load or electrical or plumbing in it, it is merely divides the kitchen from the dining.
