A developer is requesting approval to build a new 6-unit multifamily building at 56 & 58 E Hillside Avenue, and to rehabilitate an existing rear dwelling with a two-unit addition for a total of 3 units. The proposal will go through the New Construction and Major Alteration review processes.

Official description: Marcus Stevenson, with Garbett Homes and property owner representative, is requesting New Construction approval for a new multifamily building with 6 units. An existing dwelling at the rear of the property will be rehabbed and include the construction of a two-unit addition attached to the rear of the structure, for a total of 3 units (under the Major Alteration process).
